Delivery Charges & Area
• Orders within 3-mile radius: £2.00 delivery charge
• Orders between 3-5 miles: £2.50 delivery charge
• We cannot deliver beyond 5 miles from 250 Manningham Lane, Bradford BD8 7BQ
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products:
• Contact us immediately to cancel orders before preparation begins
• No refunds once food preparation has started
• Quality issues? Contact us within 30 minutes of delivery/collection with details/photos
• Failed deliveries due to incorrect address/unavailable recipient are not refunded
